Strengthen Your Body and Mind at The Biltmore Studio

Yoga. It’s all the craze these days! It’s the best way to stretch out, become a little bit more limber and really center yourself. There’s a ton of different kinds too! One size does not fit all. Annette Villarreal, the owner of the studio, says “The Biltmore Studio was created with the idea of combining hot yoga and the community. The idea was to create a studio where everyone felt like they were at home the second they walked through our doors”

She believes that the vibe in the studio is such a family feeling and it’s something you can’t always find at other studios. Plus, with their new training center, they host workshops, privates and available for teachers to rent on an hourly, daily or weekend basis for a variety of reasons. All in all, Biltmore is bringing the community together one class at a time.

And new students can try two weeks unlimited for $25.00 – which is a great deal! But be prepared to sweat, bring lots of water and the studio will take care of the rest.
